Meeting Rooms

Public use meeting rooms:

Volusia County Public Library has meeting rooms available to the public with certain restrictions. Click here for the meeting room policy and application. Applications may be filled out on-line but must be presented in person at the branch. Rooms vary in size and hospitality features. Check with your local branch for room availability.

Meeting Room Fees:

Non-profit organizations - No-charge

Meeting room - conference: Accomodates 1-20 people: $25.00 per hour for-profit organizations

Meeting room - medium: Accomodates 21-99 people: $50.00 per hour for-profit organizations

Meeting room - large: Accomodates 100 plus people: $100.00 per hour for-profit organizations
